LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln woman got quite the surprise recently while grabbing groceries from her car when a fox suddenly appeared in the doorway.

An officer was called and eventually found the fox hiding in a toy room.
He was safely secured and taken to a wildlife rescue.
Officials are reminding everyone that animals can bite, so you shouldn’t handle them on your own.
